While our onsite crews consist mainly of framing and carpentry experts, our foreman and contractors can help plan and organize every facet of construction from land selection and design to the finishing touches.

Minnesota State Statute 327A.02 requires a 1-2-10 Warranty as a minimum level of protection for all consumers. This warranty stays with the home, even if sold to a new owner.

While it is not a requirement to finance with our partners to work with us, we do offer financing solutions through our network lenders. Due to our long-standing relationships with several financial institutions, we are able to offer construction loans that roll into mortgage loans, saving clients the second set of closing costs and fees that are common with these loan transitions.
